Pricing

Pricing is competitive and based on:

• number of words in the original document submitted—price per word goes down as word count goes up;
• complexity of the document—the simpler the document requested, the less it will cost to edit;
• services requested—the simpler the services requested, the less the document will cost to edit; and
• deadline—a 25% surcharge will be added for rush jobs.

Prices generally range from US $0.01 (1 cent) per word to US $0.20 (20 cents) per word.

Larger projects can be bid at an hourly rate. Hourly rates generally run from US $37.00 per hour to US $53.00 per hour.

Estimates

Estimates are free and fast. For your free estimate, email the following information to carey@writeitright.org or simply fill in the form under Contact Us:

• Contact information: name, business name (if appli cable), email address, and phone number (optional) 
• Type of document being submitted
• Word count of document being submitted (as determined by your software's word counter; contact Write it Right if you need assistance)
• Date edited document is needed

Payment

Once an estimate has been accepted, payment is made in advance via Paypal.
